Steel Cord Conveyor Belt
General Structure
The conveyor belt structure consists of galvanized steel wire laminated with high-quality adhesive chusion embedded within the top and bottom rubber layers.
The steel wire consists of twisted wires arranged evenly and longitudinally within the belt.
The belt conveyor is designed for major conveyor installations and heavy-duty applications, suitable for use in the coal, mining, port, metallurgy, power generation, and chemical industries for material transportation.
Feature
High strength, long term of service life, small elongation, excellent troughability and superior flexing resistance. The belt is suitable for conveying materials under the condition of long distance, heavy load and at a high speed.
